1. Service

EtsySatıcı AI ("the Service") helps Etsy sellers draft natural English replies to buyer messages. It is an independent, unofficial tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Etsy, Inc.

2. Account & subscription

You may use the free allowance (5 replies per month) without an account. Paid use is a monthly subscription at the price shown on the landing page. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Creem as our Merchant of Record.

3. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your Creem customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are given for the remainder of a period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate others, spam buyers, or violate Etsy's policies. The generated text is a draft — you are responsible for reviewing it before sending.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including messages you send based on generated drafts.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
